We are all about helping families and couples create great relationships. We help you learn skills, create strategies, and practice new habits to reach your family and personal goals. 

We work with couples and individuals in one-on-one sessions - convenient phone coaching is also available.  Additionally, we offer on-site family services at your home, should you prefer (additional travel fee may apply).

We offer a variety of classes and workshops that cover family and parenting issues (Parenting the Terrible Twos, Ending Power Struggles with Your Teen, Co-Parenting After Divorce and more). Please see our events page for upcoming classes or to request a class at your company or organization.

Esther has been an educator, speaker, counselor and coach for the past nine years. Her driving goal is to help families raise great kids and experience great relationships. She specializes in working with pre-teens, teens and their parents. Esther has taught, counseled and coached teens as well as adults at several Bay Area high schools, alternative schools, and churches and worked with at-risk youth at San Jose Juvenile Hall and the Bill Wilson Center. She holds a Bachelors degree in Psychology and a Masters degree in Counseling. She is a trained Life Coach through the Institute for Life Coach Training and is a Master Certified Stepfamily Counselor through the Stepfamily Foundation of New York.

Esther and her husband, Derek, have two children, Maria Teresa, age 27 and Cameron, age 17. They live in San Jose, California.

Normal rates for coaching are $85 per hour.  Specials and package deals may apply. Please click here for current specials.  Some families may qualify for reduced rates.  Please ask the coach if you have a financial need.
